Ideal for those who enjoy Aqua Zumba or Aqua Fitness but find land-based classes challenging due to joint or mobility issues, this class provides a low-impact, full-body workout. It’s also an excellent option for injury recovery, helping to strengthen and tone your entire body while minimizing strain.
